Arron Muhammad, owner of Top Notch Training (launched 2009) located in Chicago, IL, has been certified via the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). His professional fitness-training career began at Bally Total Fitness where he received numerous awards and recognition. 

 

During his tenure at Bally Total Fitness, Arron was consistently recognized as “Bally Total Fitness Top Twenty Trainer” for excellence in personal training.  Most notably, Arron received the coveted Bally Total Fitness Personal Trainer of the Year in 2002 and 2003. Mr. TNT has the knowledge and experience needed to help you reach your goals.

 

Arron works with clients from all walks of life, whether they are first timers or seasoned athletes.  As a former health food store owner, Arron is knowledgeable about nutritional healing and teaches his clients how to eat for what it is that they are striving to accomplish in their fitness goals.  He knows that resistance training combined with proper nutrition as a way of life is a key to staying fit and youthful.

Mr. TNT has firm understanding of the physiology of the body and the interaction of the various muscle groups. His skill in personal training is exceptional and he is an excellent teacher and coach.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Mr. TNT enjoys speaking to large and small groups on weight loss, strength and conditioning, manipulating the metabolism, and proper nutrition. In addition to seminars, he will assist groups seeking to improve their fitness by offering to train a small group of three to four individuals together.
